Education improves Democracy. Education is the main key that can surely change a community by making society work better. John Dewey, education expert, conveys how the school system should teach students how to create real solutions to real problems in order to make a safer community. He also believes that in order for democracy to work, it needs to be equality in education and make all students successful. None community should be left because of their race or social class. Today schools are providing all possible resources to students, which help them to have positive decisions and improvements for our society. Having a safer community is vital to the progress of our lives. To have an improvement in our community all citizens should be educated. In the resource “From Report of the Massachusetts Board of Education” Horace Mann states, “Education, then beyond all other devices of human origin, is the great equalizer of the conditions of men” (152). While this might seem trivial is in fact crucial in terms of today’s concern over many people not fulfilling themselves with education. People should know that education is very important, so there could be equality in society and work together to solve community issues. In “A Model for High Schools” the author David S. Broder reveals that they have the Gateway to College Program. He states that the program is responsible on, “how to make high school education more rigorous and ease the transition from high school to college or the work place” (158). This is important because it demonstrates that school are doing what is possible for them and make students’ lives easy, so they can be successful and improve our surroundings. In brief the school system is making students feel comfortable and to not have trouble in their student life. Teachers as well as the school staff form a very important part in students’ success. In
