eParcel Post Returns Customer Instructions 1. POST RETURNS For Post Office Use:Scan Barcode. No Payment required Please ensure that the print quality of the label is clear and legible. You can reprint the label due to a print failure or malfunction. However, the label cannot be presented at a Post Office more than once. Take the label and the article to be posted along to any Post Office. If the company you are returning the article to has authorised Australia Post to supply you with packaging, do not pre-package the article. The authorised packaging will be supplied free of charge on presentation of the barcoded label at your chosen Post Office. All other customers please ensure that you pack the article securely. Alternatively, Postpak packaging in a variety of sizes is available for purchase at all Post Offices. To use this label, please fold the A4 sheet in half with these instructions on the underside. Securely attach the label to the top face of the article with self adhesive tape. Ensure that the address details and barcode are clearly visible, and that the self adhesive tape does not cover any part of the barcode. No postage charge is payable at the Post Office.
