The book of Genesis states that God created the world in six days with order and purpose. This order is conveyed by an overall systematic unfolding of Creation, phrases such as, “ It was evening, it was morning, the first day…” and so on. The Story of Creation implicates that God was a powerful and transcendent essence. He depicts his power because of his revolutionary conception of creating the world out of nothing. The Genesis reads, “And God said…” to each day of Creation, showing his supremacy.
In the Bible, there are 2 creation stories, Genesis 1 and Genesis 2. They both have different views on how the God is portrayed. In Genesis 1, God created the world in 6 days and on the 7th day, he rested. On the first day, he created the heaven and earth. He also created light which gave the world night and day.
The Question of Identity - 3. The Question of Meaning/Purpose - 4. The Question of Morality - 5. The Question of Destiny – The Question of origin is best explained in the book of Genesis as God created the world and every living and non-living thing that cohabitate upon it. God created the heavens and the earth as stated in the first chapter, first verse of the book of Genesis, found in the Old Testament.
In Genesis 2:7, gives more detail of the making of man and how he became a living being. Therefore taken from scripture God created man. The Christian/Biblical worldview of identity is given in Jeremiah 1:5, God knew who we were before he formed us. In Jeremiah 29:11, God has made a plan for everyone. The morals of an individual leads him/her on the path of good or evil.
Xathanael - the sixth angel created by God. Yabbashael - an angel of the earth whose name means "the mainland." Yefefiah - archangel who is the prince of the Torah. Yehudiah - benevolant angel of death. Yerachmiel - an archangel who rules earth.
As God created the heavens and the earth. He created all that is on the earth and those beings that are in the heavenly realm, called angels. God created angels to worship Him and to carry out His divine purpose. It is important to note that angels have a rank
Angel's Existence Angels are mentioned about three hundred times in the Bible. The first description of an angel appears in Genesis 16:7, the last in Revelation 22:16. The angel is portrayed at the beginning as carrying a message from God, and in the closing chapter of scripture as carrying a message from Christ. Even in Matthew 18:10 Jesus speaks about angels and how they forever behold the face of His Father which is in heaven. There are also other types of heavenly creatures that reside in heaven other than angels, but have been confused with angels.
According to Bishop Scott Clark Latter-Day Saints believe there are three degrees of glory (heaven). The celestial; the highest, the terrestrial the next below it, and the third is called the telestial; the lowest. The celestial kingdom is called the glory of the sun. This is where God and Christ live. The celestial kingdom is reserved for those individuals who believe and have faith in Christ, are baptized and confirmed members of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and they must receive all of the necessary ordinances of the Mormon temple to be able to be accepted into the celestial kingdom.
The Book of Genesis opens with the Creation story, in which God creates the Universe and Earth in a span of seven days. The earth had no form at first, and it was very dark, so God created light, “And God said let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness” God then separated the waters to create a firmament which he called heaven. He then gathered up all the water under the heavens into one place and created land, He then called this, Earth, and the waters, Seas. On the third day, God said for there to be grass, and fruit trees on the Earth, “And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the her yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so” On the fourth day, God divided the day from the night, and used a great light to do so.
