It is important that coaches understand what values they wish to instill in their athletes. Outstanding, efficient and effective, teamwork allows the school as a whole to run effectively and achieve excellent results not only for you but also for others. It helps to build a positive relationship with those that are within your team. When there is team work, responsibilities and tasks are shared and are completed more effectively and also in a good time scale. In a school there are many other people to consider as your team rather than just the people you work with closely on a daily basis.
From this, my students will be able to express their individuality and I can help them develop this. I want my student athletes to be unique and, with that in mind, possess unique skills as it pertains to sports. I believe that if student athletes possess a firm understanding of who they are as individuals and what they are capable of, and then they can truly develop their individual style(s) of play. This in turn can help lead to team unity and can establish a team spirit within all the student athletes that can lead to camaraderie and ultimately, success. It is our job as educators and coaches to help develop our student athletes not only physically, but mentally as well; promoting uniqueness, along with individuality, can help in this developmental
At this point in their lives I believe the players would be more receptive of the training and understand why you work so hard in practice. 3. How do you define success? I don’t define success with wins or losses. I define success by how many players learn something not just about the sport but about life lessons.

But being on a sports team also can help sharpen interpersonal skills and give you practice in coping with stress and anxiety. Once I am in SWAG other students will realize this and might want to achieve like me and try to be in SWAG. While in SWAG I will let younger students know that it doesn't matter what age you are to become a leader. Also, I will become an elite member of SWAG. I have a great GPA and can really speak for the students to make this school better. I could take ideas and listen to the students.
Sports allow teenager's brains to develop rapidly causing them to do significantly better mentally. By allowing their brain to develop, it will result in better decisions that won't harm their life. Also having teens involved in sports at their school, they can get scholarships for being the best player. Colleges and universities like that kind of stuff so they give scholarships to lead teens into a good future. Therefore, gang violence is ultimately eliminated.

This ensures that the student will have more confidence in themselves because of their achievements in martial arts. This will give students who have low self-esteem high self-esteem or improvement in their self- esteem. This will give each student a better image of themselves of who they are and what they have accomplished in martial arts. Each student learns self-defense techniques to protect themselves when needed. The martial arts students will learn how to respect themselves more and how to respect other people around them.
Preparation: A performance improvement programme uses specific principles of training for improvement. I believe a performance improvement programme is a great way to go about training. If you set goals using S.M.A.R.T goals and train towards that specific goal or towards an event, then you are training for a purpose. Training for a purpose will give you more determination to succeed. I believe a performance improvement programme is for any athlete from beginner to professional, who is willing to improve their performance in the sport in which they are training for.
