From tyme to tyme to make, ordeine and establishe all manner of wholesome and reasonable order laws and statutes and ordinances, directions, and instructions not contrarie to. Whose names are underwritten, the royal subjects of our dread sovereign. Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and advancement of the Christian faith.
