In my personal life my strengths will help me tremendously. Adaptability could help me in future jobs or relationships. Communication and woo will help to have better relations with people who enter my life and to keep them there. I also like to always think positive. Thinking in positive ways not only makes me feel better about situations, but I know it also helps other people dealing with the situation too.
A.1.a. Pre-K Strengths Because of the ever changing demographics in our system this can be very beneficial and has some great advantages with our program. With more non-English speaking children coming into our system this is encouraging our teachers to learn another language. In return it is helping with the language barrier we are facing in our current days. Our system could also look into hiring more teachers with the added benefit of speaking multiple languages and creating more jobs in our area.
Ideally, the capacity for critical reflection helps students to develop higher-order thinking skills so that they can think at an abstract level while making connections from theory to practice. It increases the likelihood that students will continue to grow as educators and be open to change. Since the world of educational practice is often more challenging than novice educators anticipate, they can foster skills, attitudes, and flexibility to adapt to unanticipated situations. Critically reflective educators can consider their role in fostering democratic opportunities for learning and dialogical strategies for resolving conflict to develop an engaged citizenry. They are encouraged to develop a social justice orientation to create more inclusive learning environments for students from diverse backgrounds.

As working with children will not be easy in aspects of planning, teaching etc. it is important that you commit some valuable time to plan your lessons and spend your time wisely with children to help them learn. An example of this is preparing work for children of different abilities as they have different learning methods and some may take more time or require extra support due to learning difficulties etc. It is relevant for an early years practitioner to work well in a team as it is important to acknowledge everybody's contribution which is their right. You should adopt a ‘we’re in this together’ approach. You should also be aware of how to behave within your team and be supportive and co - operative.
As adult learners, Learning Teams are to help people work together towards the same goal. Since it is a team of people, it gives you a variety of different discussions that can, in turn bring up other discussions broadening both yours and the teams insight and research. I would generally lean towards classifying myself as a self aware person; yet, my five areas of self awareness vary in their degree of strength. My personal-values area is my weakest, but my emotional intelligence, my learning style, my attitude towards change and my core self-evaluation are strong. I shall benefit from these strengths in managing my personal capacities and my interpersonal relations and, ultimately, in performing superiorly as a team leader. On the other hand, I shall channel my focus towards my weaknesses in order to enhance my personality and become a better leader. I shall also take advantage of my diverse experiences in life to point out new areas of development (weaknesses that must be worked on and
I like to see the culture of my generation spread overseas and turn some things that are negative into a positive light. Also, another positive thing would be interracial marriages. The blending together of two cultures is a beautiful thing that I like to see. You get to learn about another culture or religion, and you’re being exposed to new ways of thinking. You can incorporate things like this in your everyday life.
Speaking the native language also gives you the confidence in talking with the natives when asking for directions. Those able to speak multiple languages allows them to travel internationally and experience other cultures that monolinguals wouldn’t have the chance to do. Traveling abroad gives bilingual speakers the opportunity to be explore new hobbies and discover foreign films, food, books, and music expanding their views on world cultures. Being bilingual helps individuals be more involved with what’s going on around them as they can understand what the people surrounding them are saying (Kruschewsky 2017). Overall, the ability to travel somewhere knowing the language makes your vacation more enjoyable as you don’t need to spend time deciphering the text or using Google Translate every second.
