I have interviewed one of my friend, Sasuke. He comes from japan and is currently studying Master of Business in Monash University. He had shared some of his country’s culture with me. Sasuke had told me that in Japan, most of the people had the habit of going to onsen regularly which is known as hot springs. This is because that Japanese believed that going to onsen will help to improve blood circulation and make them healthy. Besides that, he had also shared his part-time working experience in japan during the summer holiday with me. He told me that he had experienced an interesting cross cultural incident that happen while he was working. During the summer holiday, Sasuke found a job in sushi restaurant in Hokkaido, Japan. The sushi restaurant is a fast food restaurant. The restaurant was always busy and crowded with people as it was located near to the metro station. The staff of the restaurant are Japanese and most of the customers are Japanese as well. As Sasuke did not have any working experience, he was very nervous and afraid that he would make any mistakes. However the colleagues of Sasuke were friendly and treated him well. Sasuke enjoyed working there because he was treated like one of their family members. One day, one lady that came from Singapore entered into the restaurant. The restaurant was crowded at the moment as it was lunch hour where most people were off for lunch. However, she managed to find an empty seat over a corner place of the restaurant. Therefore she left her umbrella on the seat and went to the counter to order her food. At the same time, two Japanese guys came in and saw the empty table. One of them went over to take the empty seat while another one queuing up to order food. Even though they were aware of the umbrella, they did not care much about it because they noticed that there was a small wooden board on the table stating
