Critique - “The magic Bullet Theory in IT-Enabled Transformation” This critique is based on the research paper written by M. Lynne Markus and Robert I Benjamin. That research paper was named as “The magic Bullet Theory in IT-Enabled Transformation”. At the beginning of this research paper Author has viewed IT- enabled Information as a Business Process and In IT-enabled change people staying within arranged roles and Responsibilities. Multiple change management roles are identified but often they are not doing their tasks correctly. According to the magic bullet theory there is no any Change agent. People guess that the gun fires itself. Magic Bullet hit Right Targets. But not consider about who is the shooter. In this magic bullet theory author describes that individuals are assigned for their roles and project would be successful. Furthermore author says properly built IT system help to users to working efficient and effectively but cant ensure that users will use it as intended. Then he says if project fails what happen?
