Abstract
The purpose of this article is to make the distinction between antisocial personality disorder and psychopathy, discuss possible etiologies of psychopathy, and analyze the crimes, personality characteristics, and historical aspects of psychopathic serial killers. The research indicates that both environmental and biological factors affect the development of psychopathy. Several different serial killers were compared to assess the similarities and differences between their histories, crimes, and personalities. Though there were marked differences between their crimes, startling historical and personality similarities were clearly identified. Based on these findings, the validity and reliability of offender profiling is also discussed.
Etiology
There are several theories that are relevant to Juvenile Deviant acts there are several theories that relate to the aforementioned subject. Social Learning Theory, Social Disorganization Theory, Strain Theory and Anomie Theory all coincide with one another .There is not one philosophy that can expound the cause and effect of school shootings and abnormal behavior. Current versions of social theories will be used to describe the strong and/or weak social networks and relationships. Societies can impact the conduct of its members. It can develop strong desires for ethics and morals.

The Social Bond Theory identifies the essential variables to eliminate or lessen juvenile delinquency. Alone it may not be effective; in conjunction with numerous theories such as. Social Learning Theory, Broken Window Theory, and Social Disorganization Theory combined will begin to...
