The infinite nature of education propels me to seek further education which is a pivotal tool not only in individual capacity building but also in enhancing professionalism and professional output. Having undergone and laid concrete foundations in the field of information technology, I feel that the next step in fulfillment of my academic or educational ambitions is to take MBA in Information Technology Project Management. Western Governors University has been my choice and it would act as the ladder in attainment of these ambitions. I am a senior Software Engineer and this position has put me at the heart of information technology.

In this area of learning, creativity has been shown to be very interesting as workers can put together other learning areas, such as problem solving, together with creativity and help children understand, learn and achieve their development by using different methods. There are three aspects of creative development which are being creative by responding to experiences, expressing and communicating ideas; exploring media and materials; and creating music and dance. Being creative by responding to experiences, expressing and communicating ideas shows an overall of how the children might express themselves. This aspect of learning makes sure that workers know that children need a wide range of experiences, materials and resources for them to be able to express themselves by planning different types of activities for them to do.
Social and Emotional development - which allows each child to learn through fun and by helping people. These will also help children understand and deal with frustrations and challenges they face and enable children to recognize achievement and have a sense of satisfaction
It enables children to interact and participate in a variety of projects to encourage creativity and independence. It is an important aspect to carry out when allowing children to play, as it encourages children to be independent learners, and allows them to understand and learn about life and the world.
Theorists Robert Sternberg and Howard Gardner argue that children who can make new connections and draw something new from them is a type of intelligence. It is important to offer children lots of first-hand experiences so that they can develop knowledge and draw from their own experiences. Social Models – These theories look at the environment in which the children are learning and the adults they are supported by. Social models link to cultural approaches and role modelling. Children learn by observing and imitating and so watching and being supported by adults who encourage and work creatively by being flexible in approach, solving problems and painting and drawing with them can help develop their creativity.
So from using different resources and information I am hoping to find out ways in which they assist and encourage children to use different learning methods to foster an enjoyment of learning. 2
