How creative person are different from others: Without creativity, it would be difficult to distinguish humans from other animals. Creativity leads to a fuller, more satisfying life. Without creativity, mankind would not progress. Creativity results from the interaction of a system consisting of three elements: a culture that contains symbolic rules, a person who brings novelty into the symbolic domain, and a field of experts who recognize and validate the innovation. Understanding Creativity: When we use the term creativity, different images come to our mind. There are bright persons who express unusual thoughts, who are interesting and stimulating. Unless they also contribute something of permanent significance, these people must be called brilliant rather than creative. Characteristics and personality traits of creative person cognitive skill: Highly gifted people have a number of personality traits that set them apart, and that are not obviously connected to the traits of intelligence, IQ, or creativity that are most often used to define the category. Many of these traits have to do with their particularly intense feelings and emotions, others with their sometimes awkward social interactions. A creative person is smart enough to think about the alternatives for the problems creatively, he does indulge in thinking out of box. Structured VS Unstructured Creativity: The structured creativity is a preplanned action which has the process of understanding the situation in prior. It is a write up of ideas which are used to deal the situation wisely in a smarter way. While unstructured creativity is an extempore related one which in general is a spontaneous driven one.
