Creating a Plan for Positive Infl Creating a Plan for Positive Influence This paper will identify different behaviors in a business setting, and understanding these different behaviors as they relate in a team environment. Behaviors that will be implemented in the plan are attitude, emotions, personalities and values. All behaviors are similar but have a distinct difference as it relate to team member and business leaders in an organization. Robbins & Judge, 2007 stated ‘‘Personality shapes our behavior, so to better understand someone in the organization; we look at how values shape many work related behaviors.” How attitudes are linked to behaviors and how employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs impacts the workplace. (Robbins & Judge, 2007) Researchers consider emotion that they looked at was strong negative emotional and this behavior did not interfere with employees’ ability to work effectively and emotions rarely enhance performance. (Robbins & Judge, 2007) Recent studies has a different opinion on affect, emotions, and moods that they are actions that are closely intertwined and employees bring these behaviors to work daily and are consider a reaction to organization behavior. In organization behavior motivation is the process that account for an individual intensity, direction and persistence in an effort toward attaining a goal, which has been classified as a personal trait. (Robbins & Judge, 2007) Specific Differences Attitude reflects how one feels about something or someone. There are three components in attitude behavior, cognitive, affective and behavioral components. Cognitive component of an attitude is the initial start of feeling. This stage is the evaluation component where assumptions will begin to form. The effective component starts the behavior of emotion or feeling of the conversation. Lastly, the behavioral
