So why should the innocent children be the ones being punished for something they Have no control over? By having more well educated people in the world it will make the environment a better place. The future needs to be thought about while changes and problems are being addressed. The school board and the people within the school systems need to have more caring feelings about those students who are being left behind.
In fact there is rare evidence that the opposite is true. However, this does not seem so important for 2 reasons. First, no one is really doing anything huge about it besides, some schools have already started to encourage educators who are musicians but to do not teach music at their schools, to volunteer their time to guide students to becoming involved with music and art. Some people deserve a second chance, but it shouldn’t be given to someone that doesn’t show effort towards school. If someone is failing a class you can’t always blame the student. You have to put in perspective that the teacher could be bad at teaching,or perhaps the student missed a lot of class due to being sick,or maybe the class is just too hard. So however, handing out extra credit could be tolerable to the students that show effort, and not to the students who mess around in class. One reason a student should receive extra credit to pass, is that they have trouble with that one specific subject.
In conclusion, do what the teacher assigned me really helped me to get a good grade. As well as I got good things there are also things I've done wrong in this class. One of the things I've done wrong is to be late to class and not get all the information that the teacher has given us. This under a bit of my grade as attendance and being on time are also part of the grade. Also does not participate in class is something I've done wrong because this helps you a lot to get a good grade.
Despite the benefits teachers and schools obtain, standardized testing like the FCAT is not effective in evaluating student’s performance because not all students learn at the same level, they fall under pressure, and they are being taught just for the test which prevents from learning skills that are yet to be learned. These tests are not helping people, it’s initially having a negative effect on students and teachers.
