La Posada’s costs are expected to be $1,500,000.00, in a 20 month period with a possible gross $1,000,000.00 of revenue. Project Scope Statement PROJECT OBJECTIVE This project is being undertaken to establish a new multi-unit property that will bring potential opportunities to lease high quality homes in a green environment. The strategy of La Posada will be to maximize rents for each certified green house to the market, which will serve to educate and inspire others. To construct a high-quality, custom home within five months at cost not to exceed $150,000. DELIVERABLES • A 1,850-square-foot, 1½-bath, 1-bedroom, each finished home. • A finished garage, insulated and sheetrock. • Kitchen appliances to include range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. • High-efficiency gas furnace with programmable thermostat. • AC and installation.
