The analysis and recommendations below are based on the data you provided, which covers a period from May 2004 through June 2006. The analysis below is based on this data alone. Therefore, our recommendations should be tempered by your knowledge of business realities and your market. Please let us know if we can answer any questions concerning the analysis or the recommendations provided. ANALYSIS 1 Sales Person Performance Analysis Analysis When looking at sales person performance I compared each agent and the amount of sales they had made over the years of 2004-2006. I noticed that the person with the highest sales was Margaret Peacock and the person with the lowest was Steven Buchanan. Margaret had $232,890.85 in sales, while Steven had $68,792.28; that is a large difference of $164,098.57. While all of the agents have provided income for the company, some may need more training so the company can reach optimal sales. Graphic Recommendation I believe some of your agents may need additional training. My recommendation is to set a standard amount of sales each person has to make in order to maintain their position at the company and because the sales amounts are all different I would take the average of all the sales by agents and make that the standard. If you did it that way the standard would be around $140,643.67. I also suggest having Margaret Peacock visit the other agents and train them on how to increase their sales.
