Continuous Quality Improvement Process Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a formal process/plan that is a cyclic series of steps designed to enhance DSME processes leading to improved participant and DSME outcomes. Steps include identifying opportunities for improvement, collecting data, analyzing data, choosing a new approach based on data analysis, developing concepts and processes for change, implementing processes, data collection, data analysis and evaluation of new processes. In this assignment we are going to choose Dell International as our organization which is using continuous quality improvement process.
