Introduction Path-Goal Theory of Leadership is one of the generally recognized eventuality theories of leadership. In path-goal theory leader motivate subordinates to achieve goals and directions toward achieving the goals. Leaders hold inspiration on subordinates’ capability to accomplish objectives, rewards offered while achieving objectives and worth of objectives (Rowe and Guerrero, 2010, 205-210). In 1970, Robert House and his colleagues developed path-goal theory and this theory was revised in 1996. Basically, leadership behavior on subordinate is explained in the path-goal-theory. This theory focuses on that how leader can motivate subordinates through giving them satisfaction, motivating assistances to attempt job tasks, providing assistances healthy and suitable working environment as well as implementation like modest through situational aspects of the subordinates Robert House formulated path goal theory of leadership and it is without a doubt it is realistic because specific situation are responded by it. Path-goal theory totally put its focuses on the leader’s motivational functions relationship with his subordinates; on the other hand, Path-goal theory do not apparently believe further methods a leader know how to influence group execution, like acquiring the essential sources, more effectively organizing the work, capitalizing on collaboration between subordinates as well as increasing outer modification and coordination.
