Concept.2.0 Organizational effectiveness and organizational climate: Organizational effectiveness can be define as the ability of a company to enhance employee’s satisfaction ,reduce turnovers , and optimizing productivity by giving quality services to customers. To illustrate, employees demand a positive work climate that can stimulate satisfaction hence, the organization needs to put into consideration the holistic nature of their employees to enable them connect strongly and positively to their various tasks and organization. 2.1 Significance of the concept. Studies on Organizational climate have revealed that it is very possible to envisage organizational effectiveness (e.g. Feng et al. 2011). This concept shows how effective an organization is achieving it set targets. In other to achieve maximally, individuals need to be motivated by trying to meet their basic needs of life through the use of Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and other motivational theories. When the workplace climate is conducive for employees, it helps in enhancing their productivity level, improves the managers effectiveness, reduce errors there by reducing unnecessary expenses and a better quality of service is given to patients and clients. 2.2 Current research activities related to the concept/implementation of activities related to the concept. Martz (2013) made an organizational effectiveness checklist (OEC) consisting of 12 general criteria of performance. The OEC is a mains of measurement used for evaluating the performance of an organization and it is to be used by a professional. Diverse theoretical views can be responsible for the different ways effectiveness measurements are used. Organizational climate Highly effective organizations possess climatic conditions that have measurable characteristics. Continuous improving education and training are now compulsory for any establishment who wants to keep competing with their rivals in the industry and also for them to remain relevant ( Tharenou et al., 2007). There was a significant relationship between organizational climate and performance outcome of organizations bases on Griffith’s (2006) study and those of some other researchers.
