CONCLUSION Being put in a team to do assignments can be very hard for some people because they may like to work alone. But if you think about it if you work in a team you can get the work done in half the time. It won’t put a strain on you worrying how can you get the work done, knowing you have to work and do other day to day things. As long as you designate who is going to be the leader and do what the leader tells you or ask you to do, the team will be fine. Just think how exciting your paper will be with all the other ideas, they may think of things you had no idea even existed.
Attend all your classes; don’t talk yourself into believing this is not the most vital part of college. Although you think it will not matter to miss just one class, this could be the start of a downward spiral that will be hard to stop and you will have so much trouble trying to catch up; you may just give up. Get organized; Create a weekly calendar this will help you to remember tests and upcoming assignments; your life is busy, try and make it a little easier anyway you can. Do not procrastinate; this is the hardest one of all, because we all tend to do this at some point in our life. Don’t wait until the day your assignment is due, this will only cause unnecessary stress.
Isn't it a big problem we have to worried about? In the long term, “A” students find a job, he used to finish a project by himself. Therefore, there are more stress in their job. “But our economy becomes increasingly, reliant on technology, scientific research, and a highly skilled work force. This attitude undermines our best interests.” After we graduate from university, a lot of people want to find a stable job and then fight for it.
In today’s economy where financial stabilization is a must, the option of going to school and getting a degree is a popular trend among young adults. The object of doing it may seem easy enough, yet the task of going through school, performing proficiently, finishing it, and handling all financial responsibilities can prove to be a bit overwhelming for some. The decisions of getting a job for many students become almost necessary. Students in college and larger universities, already encounter enough pressure with constant essays and multiple test examinations; the added responsibility of holding down a job to support self education becomes an added stressor. “Twenty three percent of full-time undergrads, who are 24 or younger, work 20 hours or more a week.” # The average cost of earning a four-year degree continues to rise, thus putting most undergraduates in a position of financial difficulty.
I have to work hard every single day to maintain my path to success. I’ve also learned ways to manage my time and I learned to be more independent, not to rely on others and go with my first instinct, instead of others. One of the valuable things to me that I’ve learned this semester is not to worry too much about the future and take things slow and calm as they come. Beginning today, I already have an idea of what goals and what I would like to accomplish next year. One of my goals is to maintain good grades, which means I will be studying more often and putting even more effort into my school work next year.
I have started paying more attention in classes than last year and im trying to produce good assignments which gain me the grades I desire. I want to be able to earn god money for myself and not be hanging onto my parents for life and become an independent woman. I believe that an individual’s personal learning process would include: informal and formal learning, motivation, attitudes, friends, learning style and access to resources.I choose these influences because they all have an effect on an
Vocational education has helped some students and provided people with more qualifications so they have a better chance of getting a job but they have not reduced social inequality. Both middle class students and working class have benefited from new vocationalism. Vocational education and training schemes provides the opportunity for student who find traditional subjects harder or not interested in them, so it is an opportunity because vocational subjects are seen as easier and different more practical. These vocational subjects were free so interested working class. The reason why new vocationalim was introduced was because there were wasn’t a balance of academic jobs and practical so it was introduced to promote practical work.
In today’s job climate, for an individual to increase their chances of obtaining a steady source of income, diversity in multiple fields is important. Instead of doing the bare minimum required for their major, more students should take into consideration the possibility of minoring in a subject that will yield them more job opportunities, “the key to finding a job is flexibility.” (SF Chronicle) A degree in Biology, Business, etc. is a solid degree nonetheless, but a degree in Business and a minor in Computer Science shows that the individual has the potential to succeed in either field and has more skills to offer to their potential employer. As the number of job openings dramatically decreases, a minor in a high-demand field of work can greatly improve one’s chances. Also, students need to drastically lower their expectations when it comes to finding a job, “a lot of students want that perfect needle-in-the-haystack job but with this economy that’s just not possible.” (SF Chronicle).
Therefore, it is better to sacrifice a little bit of fun now so that you can find happiness in later life, as you will be happier if you can do a job that you enjoy and afford to do the things you want. Integrally linked to your career is the fact that you will only be able to achieve a higher level of education later on if you work hard in school now. Although at the age of fourteen and fifteen many young people may not think they want to go to college or university, you don’t know how this may change as you get older. And with unemployment among young people in the USA at its highest since the early 1960’s, you may find that you need a college degree to secure a good job because there is so much competition for so few jobs. Many people also decide that they want to study further when they get a bit older, perhaps after they have got married and had children, sometimes because they want a career change as they are not happy, or just to prove to themselves and others that they can do it.
Samantha Gomez Professor Pinto ENGW 1101 September 14, 2011 Hard Work Pays Off Due to the lack of the economical strength in America at this time, a college education can help individuals obtain better jobs despite the inconvenient cost of college expenses. Over the years, a college education has become a necessity for obtaining a good, steady, well-paying job. Making a bachelor’s degree a requirement for jobs is important because it requires students to challenge their intellectual ability, allows them to obtain a well-paying job and becomes very beneficial for their future. Jobs that require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree for hiring keep students more engaged and shows their true desire to succeed. Students with a college education
