Saharsh Patel Mr.Qarmout Revolutions Essay March 5, 2013 The American Revolution had a big impact on the Americans during the 1700’s which helped them get their independence. This revolution exemplifies its true meaning of its own revolution from the Latin and French Revolutions because the Americans had great leaders fighting for them, they created a new government after the revolution, and because of how successful they were after the war. Leaders of the revolution like George Washington led America to freedom and liberty. Also, they upheld their new government to be democratic and republican. Unlike the Latin and French Revolution, the Americans were very successful and had many tactics to fight the British. Therefore, the Revolutionary War shows how its own revolution show the true meaning compared to the French and Latin Revolution. A leader is someone who stands not only for his cause but takes responsibility and motivates other individuals also, and that’s exactly what George Washington did. With great leaders like George Washington, the Americans did not have to worry about anything since he was very intelligent, had strategies and tactics, and was very patriotic unlike Bolivar and Napoleon who wanted the throne. Government was also created after the war as George Washington became the first president of the United States of America while Simon Bolivar died a year later they got independence and Napoleon who was exiled after getting throne. Last but not least, after each revolution, each country recovered at its own pace but most successful were the Americans.
