Sir Robert Peel, 2nd Baronet lived from February 5th – July 2nd 1850, was a British conservative statesman who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He served his term from December 10th 1834 to April 8th 1835 and again from August, 1841 to June 29 1846.

The duties and responsibilities of these participants within the courtroom will reveal how important and what their expectations are as proceedings are held on a case by case basis. Each selected participants and the importance of each role played in courtroom procedures will emerge throughout the discussion of this paper. In the criminal justice system each participant’s position in the courtroom are necessary in every trial and within every case in every outcome.
