Many researches and psychologists have dealt with the problem of effective communication through their works. Some of these include: “Communicating in Business: an action-oriented Approach” by F. Wayne; “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by D. Carnegie and “International Dimensions of Organizational Behavior” by N. Adler. All of them have confirmed that communication has always been of primary importance since the earliest times. Nowadays, effective communication, particularly in business is noteworthy and it plays a great role in making advantageous or disadvantageous impressions. Therefore, the problem arouses: how to make communication in business as future professionals effective enough that it would help us achieve professional goals? In order to answer this question is necessary to take into account different subjects that include general rules concerning communication in business; effective communication techniques; as well as skills and methods used to achieve proper communication abilities for obtaining better work aims. Having sincere and warm relations with people at work is vital for gaining success at work. We usually have cozy and truthful relations with our relatives, spouses, close friends, and even with our neighbors. Then, why is it that we cannot build such relationships with everyone? The answer is simple, yet complicated at the same time: we cannot build such relationships with everyone, because such bonds require commitment, strenuous work and concentration that is not easy to achieve. As future professionals we must master the art of communication. For that reason, there are several rules regarding how to maintain sincere and warm relations: 1. Look in the face of the interviewer.
