I believe this poem has a very optimistic attitude. The mood is blissful and carefree. I find him inspirational. Everyone needs to be reminded to smile sometimes. Reading this poem lifts the weight of the world off of the readers shoulders by making him think about what make him happy.
I feel like I can relate to the different types of music. No matter what I’m feeling, music can speak my words for me. I know that I’m not the only one feeling a certain way. This method can be used in any situation. Music seems to also cheer me up.
The loving-kindness of an open heart and the wisdom of an open mind will take us toward sustained health, happiness, and wholesomeness (Dacher, 2006). We will now feel fully alive and increasingly connected to all of life with dissolved confusion, doubts, mental distress, and misunderstanding while healing premature illnesses at the source. With unity consciousness we see directly with the clarity of the inner eye how thing actually exist and work (Dacher, 2006). With patience and practice we can ourselves experience the evolution of witnessing consciousness to calm abiding to unity consciousness. When we finally reach the ability to
I want to help anyone I possibly can, and most would use the word selfless. Almost all the time I am smiling about something. I am a very positive person and like to see the “good” in everyone and everything. I try to make everyone feel special, because they are. There’s more to that smile than just always being happy.
Chances are the rest of her customers will be pleasant and easy to serve. She should concentrate on them, not him. Ignore the bad, reward the good. Even though the speaker in this poem is loud and obnoxious, I relate much more to his audience than him. I naturally have empathy for anyone having to listen to, “Song to a Waitress.” So, even though you
Since my last session with the my tutor i have tried desperately to envision my special place, but have truly found it so much easier to be taken somewhere, here i can place the items, sights, smells, people or even noises that i want there with me and i fell comfortable and safe. However, they DID remember that I sleep a lot and was very cranky. In my opinion, it is futile to strive for the abundance of things if the tradeoff is your loved ones’ feeling neglected. Now we allow our friendships to be influenced by our activities, or by the events we surround ourselves with. It is your choice who your friends are, your choice to have a multitude of close friends or just one special person. The era of feel good, the sixties allowed people to believe they were friends with everyone, it was a very relaxed time period. The feelings of love and peace affected most everyone. The nineties gave way to a different perception and that people believed it was ok and the norm of the day to be single to have close friends.
If all you did was have fun and concentrate on emotional pursuits you would have no means of gaining knowledge and expanding intellect. Although all that sounds great, if you don’t give any time to emotional pursuits you will be emotionally drained, you will probably lose friends because you aren’t spending anytime with them and on the job you won’t be able to work quite as hard because you will feel overworked. While not as apparent as intellectual pursuits, emotional pursuits have a great deal of value also. For one, emotional stimulation makes you feel good and is fun. After a hard day of work there is nothing better than going and doing what you love whether it be riding your bike or searching the web, emotional pursuits work as a great stress reliever and a good emotional release.
Frequently, I always enjoyed telling other people about these perks to surprise them, and being able to do this encourages contrasting people to be even more blessed about everything I have been given. There are days where I still wish I desire the same height as my classmates, but as I mentioned, embracing who you are is crucial when you want to accept yourself. Generally speaking, there are so many perks to being short, then the ones that I have
