Nowadays as the business world is becoming increasingly quickly, many organizations now have clients from different generations, nationalities, backgrounds and so on. How to make an organization which can more adapt the high developing society, let it survival and development, maybe intergeneration management needs to be given special attention. Organization cohesion is the basic sign of corporate behavior, belong to the category of the organization culture and determines whether employees can be active, positive, creative work effectively, cooperate with others or not.
