The Employees Perspective on their Employment at the Coca-Cola Company The Coca-Cola Company was founded in Atlanta, Georgia and it manufactured beverage brands all around the world. It is the world’s largest non-alcoholic beverage company and their net operating revenue is just over $24 billion. The Coca-Cola Company allows their employees to utilize their full potential, operating at their best and representing the diversity of the world they support. According to the Coca-Cola website, each employee help lead their success in the beverage industry. While discussing the employees perspective on their employment at the Coca-Cola Company, I intend to identify what is the most emerging issue in the design of work, discuss the most likely organizational design for the Coca-Cola Company, interpret what these seven employees of the Coca-Cola company say about the secret ingredients that make their job so refreshing and what information contained in the seven employees’ comments about their jobs relates to the core job characteristics of skill variety 1. The most important emerging issue in the design of work pertaining to the Coca-Cola Company would be how management choose, prepare, influence and empower their employees’. After reading the case study of the Coca-Cola Company, their secret ingredient has been such a refreshing place to work. It displays the potential growth of the business by employing a candidate that demonstrates motivation, innovation and capability to do the job.
