Ethical Issue: Before even beginning the project, Mr. Allison couldn’t keep his commitment in regards to meeting the temperature requirement. One of the problems is booking in and putting away of the stock, as this is new the guns do not seem to be fully compatible with the Duty Management system in place already, this in turn is causing system errors, stock not recording correctly, Po’s (which are programs that allow you to see what stock has been delivered and enable you to correctly book in stock onto the duty management system, these are generated by the customer) not being excepted on the Guns, not being able to shut down Po’s once opened. So many issues came up right from the start of the contract. This could have been due to the fact that, the contract was hard to make in the first place, whereby both parties fiercely negotiated every clause of the contract and worse still could hardly reach any consensus. The contract became more complicated because software requirements were not very clear to either party. The contract was ambiguous and both parties went ahead and signed it anyway. Lack of clarity of purpose can be a risk and a legal issue leading to disputes.

How is it possible to work an area where it already feels impossible to work in? Another issue and this mistake was on my part mainly, is that my perception about Alex was wrong. But the actual bigger mistake is letting it known to Alex that my perception about him was not what I expected, therefore he responded the same way leaving an uncomfortable feeling.
