World Religions Report Jehovah Elisee E. Nicolas University of Phoenix World Religions Report Jehovah The Jehovah`s Witnesses is a religion designed around hope and patience. Jehovah’s Witnesses are controlled by a governing body of 10 to 15 mature men who claim to have direct guidance from God. Their place of worship is called the Kingdom Hall. The Kingdom Hall I visited was located in Franklin Park, New Jersey, not too far from my house, which makes it great if repeated trips are needed. It`s not a big multi floor church; in fact it doesn`t look like a traditional church at all, but more like a fancy office building.
If a person is not a Buddhist and they visited this temple, the service would be a great experience for them. The temple is a medium size one. I decided to visit it while in Charlotte with my family on spring break. As you pull up onto the grounds of the temple, Buddhist flags and statues are displayed all over the property. One main statue that stands out is the statue of Buddha lying down with his eyes closed symbolizing when he physically died and closed his

This experiment is also what helped Lee Strobel become an atheist. When Strobel’s wife became a Christian and he saw the change in her life, he decided that he was going investigate the scientific evidence that would prove that God didn’t exist, but so after he became a Christian and he was trying to use the scientific evidence that would prove that God did exist. His search spanned 20 years and it began with the examination of evidence that challenged materialistic theory of life’s origin. In the 1960s Stanley Miller’s experiment was discredited.

I admit to having visions of a Cathedral more baroque in regards to design and architectural style. It is incredibly modern and not traditional. Although it may not look like the cathedrals in Europe, it still has a lot of symbolic meaning behind almost everything in that cathedral. The exterior of the church is simple, but beautiful. There are various bells in the entrance, and a circular fountain that had "I will give you living water" inscribed in multiple languages.
