The Declaration of Independence fits in this because it’s the foundation of our country, and how we live here today. This document was unique because it granted its freedom from Great Britain. The Declaration of Independence however is the foundation of how the United States government is based on, and how it secures the rights of the people. The Declaration of Independence on July 4th 1776 was when the birth of the United States of America was established into a free country, and set free from Great Britain.
Malcolm X grew up unprivileged and poor, he was a self-taught man who had little to no schooling but rose to greatness based on his intelligence and determination. Martin Luther King’s family was established, and his parents made sure he grew up right despite the segregation. Malcolm X was born in an atmosphere of fear and anger, which stems the anger planted in Malcolm X, the burning of his house by the Klu Klux Klan which resulted in the death of his father. Malcolm X suffered from the lost of his father and had a nervous breaking shorty after. His family was split up and was haunted by nightmares for a lot of his life; he wanted revenge.
