Oh, how adults wish to go back to the bitter sweet days of their childhood and to leave the stress of work and finances behind. Children wishing they were already grownup. Not realizing that once they have grown up they loose their innocence and have to try and make it in this fast pace society. Your childhood is the most important time of your life, the time of innocence. Being a child is the time of your life when you start to create yourself. It is the time of your life where scraped knees were a crisis and having a crayon box with a sharpener was the coolest thing. Your childhood is also when you learn to make decisions that will later affect your adulthood. While you’re a child you don’t really worry about anything. Your parents take car of everything for you. You don’t have to worry about work or finances. Life as a child is basically stressed free. Your main concerns are the times of your cartoon shows and what your friends are doing down the street. When you’re an adult things become harder and stressful. Now you have to work, balance the check book, and so much more. If you have a family, you have to plan the times your kids have practice if they are in sports, drama, or even music class. You have to juggle so many things which means you must have good time management. Being an adult does have its positive sides though. It is not just all hard work and no time for relaxation. Being adult means you have experiences now. You have the sweet and bitter memories to share with friends and family. The most important thing is now since you’re an adult, you get to make up the rules. That is one thing everyone has looked forward to when they become an adult. Both your childhood and adulthood make you who you are today. They both experience the good and the bad. They are also both intertwined with each other.
