OBSERVATION REPORT: In my recent observations I have made at “Small World” I have found a new love for administration, children, and childcare in general. Small World offers a variety of services with an exceptional staff! There were many occasions where I observed multiple teachers using a various range of teaching ethics- all of course were handled in the appropriate manner. My observations of the following will be discussed through the caregivers, health & safety, environment/activities, and guidance/discipline along with the facility operations of Small World Pre School here at 809 Gentry Drive Hot Springs, Arkansas. First I would like to say how accessible and convenient Small World makes to its parents and students.
September 27, 2011 Dear Dr. Brigg, After writing my essay on the Myers-Briggs test, the portion I believe to succeed in my essay was providing solid examples in my life to relate to the four letter code that I had received from the test. The other successful portion in my essay was the explanation and difference of the letters for each personality trait. I believe that my essay showed that I had an obvious understanding of what the Myers-Briggs test was and how it helped confirm my personality and career preference. When I completed my essay, I was eager to improve my paper and fix any errors. The way I improved my paper was taking my instructors constructive criticism and making the necessary corrections, to the best of my ability.
Ignacio Hinojosa 231 Rancho Viejo Drive Laredo, Tx, 78045 (956)206-8246 September 7, 2011 Dear Mr. Luis de Jesus, I would like to thank you for the great treatment and interest you have shown for me. I would also like to thank you for the time invested in reviewing my resume and giving me an interview. Being part of Lockheed Martin is a dream for many, including myself, but unfortunately I am unable to accept your offer at this time for personal reasons. It has been an honor to be considered by such prestigious engineering firm. I once again thank you for the opportunity given to me, and I deeply regret not being able to join your engineering group at this time.
Prejudice was a good topic to talk about and to be recognized, and Battle Royal fit the toll perfectly. I had the idea of prejudice, but I was able to elaborate on it more with the help of my classmates and professor. I would also like to acknowledge and thank my friend Christopher Martin for reading over my paper and giving helpful insights. I always find that a peer knows how to understand what one is trying to say or help to make sense of it. He offered a lot of help and was willing to make notes on my paper to attempt at helping me make my paper the best it could possibly be.
Junger mentions, “We had come from lecture halls, school desks and factory work benches, and over the brief few weeks of training, we had bonded together into one large and enthusiastic group (5).” Through this description the reader can connect with Junger and his comrades by understanding there background and that they are regular hardworking people such themselves. The reader also can indentify that nationalism is a major influence on the people of the time and play a vital role in Junger involvement within the war. Pride is taken in their actions to help out the cause of their country. This idea is reiterated later on the same page when Junger describes a view shared by him and his group. He says, “Grown up in an age of security, we shared a yearning for danger, for the experience of the extraordinary (5).” Along with nationalism, this demonstrates that going to war also seemed as a right of passage for those who dedicated their lives to serve there nation.

Then another reason is we can all work together and help each other whenever it’s needed. I would say my grandparents were another reason for me to come because they were a big influence to me because KSU is their Alma Mater. Then I see that both of them got a good education from the school and we got the same major. So since my major was mass communications me and my grandpa talked about it. So when we talked he brought up Kentucky State and made me interested in it.

You are amazing young people whom I respect very much. You bring a wonderful spirit to this campus. When I teach Family History and read the biographies of my students, I am touched by the challenges I realize each of you is facing. I testify with Alma that the Savior can lighten your burdens (Alma 33:23), give you success and comfort (Alma 31:32), and succor you according to your infirmities (Alma 7:12).
