As Terry continues with his supper, he is asked by his uncle what he’s been up to. They argue back and forth about his uncle going up to the attic to check out what he’s been doing up there. His uncle says he better not have been playing with matches up there. After supper, Terry’s uncle goes up to the attic and he is laughing in amusement as he came down the stairs. He says to his wife “You’d never guess what that kid has been doing up there!” After Terry’s uncle and aunt find what he has been doing, they both laughed at the fact that a boy was playing with paper dolls.

Candy, looking in awe at Crooks’ room, says “Must be nice to have a room all to yourself”’ Crooks answers with “And a manure pile under the window, Sure it’s swell” (82). Jacob McBride Period 4 10/23/12 Choice book write up The book that I read was Octavian nothing: traitor to the nation; vol. 1: the pox party, by M.T. Anderson, This book is a description of the life of a boy who lives is unusual circumstances. He has grown up in the house hold of scientists who withhold their real names and use a numerical code instead. They record everything that he and his mother do from their daily emotional states to how much they are eating.
Childhood memories were illustrated in stories by the brothers. They even participated in snagging a Nome they hated as children together and acted like pirates to have a good time. Dominoes was a game that was played in their kitchen to pass the time. Overall, the two brothers had a good time together after not seeing each other for 5 years and the play ended without telling the audience if Malcolm made his decision to stay or leave. The play gave the impression that family is important and should be the most valued in any situation.

At a young age, I wasn’t the brightest bulb in the box, so I decided to take the toy into the bathtub with me that night, unknowingly to my mother and sister, of course. Later on, my family is down in the living room watching television when all of a sudden the Cobra Commander’s famous catchphrase can be heard from upstairs in my room with nobody up there. With my mother having an absolute panic attack, she called my father, who just so happened to be working the graveyard shift at Woodhaven Foods. Frantically, she explained the situation to my dad.
