I want to help anyone I possibly can, and most would use the word selfless. Almost all the time I am smiling about something. I am a very positive person and like to see the “good” in everyone and everything. I try to make everyone feel special, because they are. There’s more to that smile than just always being happy.
nvq 3 assignment 302 Reflective account task C I’m a very conscientious person who was brought up to respect my elders and treat people how I would wish to be treated myself. I feel I carry this out in my everyday practice as I feel whoever I look after deserves the same respect regardless off their age, race, gender, beliefs or any other difference. I am a very bubbly person who always likes to put a smile on people’s faces, I always try to make my clients smile or laugh whilst I am with them but I am also very caring and am able to console my clients when it is needed My grandfather was a Methodist minister so I am a very religious person, I never impose my views on other people, but I do respect their religions and views however I am very interested in listening to other people’s views on different religions I come from a family of 4 children and family is extremely important to me. I have 2 small boys who I spend all my spare time with. I love hearing about my clients families and learning all the different things about them as service users enjoys hearing tales about my 2 boys.
I also scored high on scale-A (agreeableness). This reflects well on my leadership skills, as I am known to have a good relationship with team members. I tend to be understanding even if there is an issue with progress within the team. Within reason, I like to forgive and give second chances to team members who do not meet expectations the first time around. This is usually well received by people I interact with, in a team setting.
It says that I care about safety and security of people I love, such as family members, friends and others. It is very true since I would love to get things done as much as possible for them, and make sure that everything runs smoothly in their daily lives. I would spend my whole day doing things for a person without the need of anything in return. Even though I make myself feel that I am stupid, I always want to do over and over again for people in order to help them whenever they need me. I love to take responsibility when people can rely on me; thus whenever I could not accomplish it, I blame it on myself.
I think the humanistic-encouraging trait is important because like any other leader, people must trust you, set goals that are attainable, learn how to resolve issues in a constructive manner, and encourage your followers. I enjoy listening to people’s problems and helping them think positive and find the healthiest or best solution. I am normally the person my friends come to when they need to talk to someone. I believe as a manager a person must have a sense of how a person is and deal with each person individually if needed so each person as an understanding of what is the mission is. Controlling as a manager is something I believe I will have to work on.

A great leader must have great confidence in what he believes. He must be able to motivate and encourage others. An effective leader is a leader that works with their people, one who is able to reach his employees, or followers on a base level that creates a positive relationship that would enhance working together. Is Accountable. When something goes wrong great leaders step up and acknowledge their part in it and don't fall into the trap of trying to shift blame elsewhere. They'll focus on fixing the problem not fixing blame 2.
If everyone has a clear role then individuals will be less likely to become disheartened and be more willing to work together. * Open and clear communication is one of the most important points in effective team performance. Improving communication with other team members will help to build healthy interpersonal relationships.
