The main sources of fat in the western diet are animal fats, which come from animal and dairy products. These are called saturated fats and are solid at room temperature. Examples that have saturated fats inside are butter and margarine, hard cheese and the fat on meat. These examples are less healthy than fats and they come from plants. The reason for this is they can contribute to heart disease, as they contain cholesterol. Cholesterol is bad for your body and form in your arthritis narrowing the space the blood to flow to the heart. This then will cause heart diseases and can cause chest pain and if there is blockage on the artery it can then cause you to have a heart attack.
