The three stress management techniques I chose were yoga, which is a relaxation technique, jogging which is a physical activity, and music, which is a reading/writing/multi-media activity. With his instructions based on Zen Buddhism, he has brought peace to everyone who came across his path. In his book “Peace is Every Step,” Thich Nhat Hanh states that peace can be found in every single step of a person’s life through “love, compassion, mindfulness and good intention(altruism),” Dali Lama; he wrote the book to teach his students and readers how to meditate, how to consciously breath and come to enlightenment.
