The people that binge drink the most have more severe problems. These people are more likely, than people who do not drink excessively, to miss class, get behind in their homework or class assignments, involve themselves with sexual activity, not using protection during sexual activity, getting caught by campus security, or maybe even wounded, or seriously injured. “Such heavy alcohol use among American college students has received considerable attention because of high alcohol-related morbidity and mortality is widely considered a public health concern with serious immediate and long-term consequences” (Saylor, 2011). Many college campuses have considered taking serious actions to control the behavior of college students that are binge drinking. Administrators on college campuses have establish a zero tolerance policy for alcohol so that the campus is a dry campus.
Students, of all grades in high school are usually allowed to attend this function whether they went to prom or not. Finally, the drive an individual feels to have a date is extremely different for both dances. For homecoming students can attend with a date, friends, or alone and feel comfortable; however, at prom one feels the need to have a date because the hype for prom is much greater than that of homecoming. Prom is more important to students because they will carry the memories made that night for the rest of their lives. Likewise, both functions are equally alike, but what sets them apart is what makes each dance their own.
Some just want to escape and drink their pain away. They tend to drink large amounts of alcohol in one sitting which is called binge drinking. That can be very bad considering alcohol is a depressant and you can become dependent on it. Drinking alcohol underaged can affect the still-growing brain leading to a learning deficiency and mental disorders. Alcohol tends to make you lazy and makes you show a loss of interest in your school work and extra curricular activities.
They should give special treatment to athletes to maintain their high grades and stay in the team. In return, if the athletes are really talented then the team will have a chance to play in the finals and become champions. However, if the student starts failing their academic grades, they will loose their college scholarship and will be removed from the team. They should give special treatment by providing them a tutor or a chance to make up on their exams. If they finish college and they

Relationships in teen lives could have a positive or negative outcome due to the fact that, teens based their whole lives around their relationships. When adolescents better to teach youth to learn how to drink responsibly and hold them accountable for their actions as we do with driving. Lowering the drinking age will also make alcohol less of a taboo, take away the thrill that many young people get from breaking the law, and make alcohol consumption a more normalized activity done in moderation rather than just being drinking. By making kids take the classes will make them more responsible and make them make wiser
Topic:How procrastination affects grades? Procrastination is a problem that many college students have it is also called student syndrome.Procrastination means when a student will only do his task just before the deadline. What are the cause of that phenomenon? How does it affects grades? What are the other effects of procrastinating? The main reason of procrastinating is laziness. Most of the students when they for example get the assignment put it off to the side and do it "later".But that "later" becomes right before the due date or deadline .Still there are many more causes like the fear of failure. It makes you repel the task so that you never have to know this feeling of failure.Or the fear of success it can seem really weird but, but the fear of the success is one of the reason of procrastination.
Hanson, and I believe that some of the reason why students drink to excess is because of that adrenaline rush they get from breaking the rules. My parents, among many other adults, have told me that once you reach the legal drinking age, getting excessively intoxicated loses its thrill. Perhaps if we were to lower the drinking age to eighteen, we would see less college students admitted to hospitals with alcohol poisoning and other alcohol related issues. Overall, a lower drinking age seems like a good idea to me. It would allow students in college to go out and enjoy themselves without being stressed out about breaking the law, as well as possibly lower the number of alcohol related injuries and incidents.
On top of having problems with time management, focus, excreta, this disorder can affect sex drive in adults (Low, 2011). For some adults their sex drive will be exponentially high, whereas others it will be extremely low compared to a normal adult (Low, 2011). Some of the adults are to easily distracted or losses focus quickly, which would make the act of sex harder (Low, 2011). It also is normal for adults with this disorder to be hypersensitive to sensory stimulation, so a sensual touch may fell irritating or even annoying (Low, 2011). When an adult with ADD/ADHD losses interest in sex the spouse of the adult feels a major sense of rejection, which is completely natural (Low, 2011).
