To do this it will be necessary to review the actual customer data for the service in question for past periods. Customer service data helps identify the factors, both positive and negative, that influence new business. By understanding the relevant patterns and conditions it is possible to create new customer service delivery plans that maximise desired influences while minimising those that are undesirable. ASSESSMENT ACTIVITY 3: Describe the process for researching customer needs and analysing and interpreting the outcomes to establish business options and opportunities. Data Collection Methods Used in Research Data collection methods include identifying the problem and determining if fixing the problem will benefit more than leaving the problem alone. Selection of a study group is the second step. The study group needs to be critical to provide proper decisions. The task force needs to include people from all departments of the company. Identification of key variables and operational definitions is the next step.
Introduction The purpose of this assignment is to firstly identify why there is a need to implement changes within an organisation and highlight any barriers that an organisation may encounter when implementing any changes before explaining how to overcome these barrier. It will also describe what techniques can be used to plan, monitor and review any potential changes. Finally the report will also consider the effects of change of the workforce within the organisation and why communication is vital before, during and after any changes. To help demonstrate different points and techniques I will refer to a specific example of innovation and change within a company which is planning on implementing a machine which is an automatic packaging system instead of a manual based packing system. Benefits of Innovation and Change To fully understand the benefits of innovation and change, we must first understand what innovation and change actually are.
Considering alternatives to our problem, I started by examining the facts. These included reports from quality control, accounting, the loss prevention department, and our legal department. I also had to take into consideration for additional production costs, time, and repackaging or replacement of the whistles for this order. I then identified who the stakeholders were in this issue. Those who are going to be affected by the three alternatives are; the customer, consumers, government regulators, our employees, and the company as a whole.
A troubleshooting model are the steps that you would take to resolve one or more issues. Some of the different ways you could use to troubleshoot an issue could include: -Identify the problem that is happening -Try to create a theory to help determine a cause -Test the theories that were developed -Establish an action plan to quickly resolve the issue -Implement the action plan -Verify and test the system to make sure it is
This paper will discuss the difficulties in translating research into practice. This paper will discuss the possible barriers that might be encountered in attempting to institute change, based on the evidence-based study. This paper will identify more than two appropriate strategies to overcome barriers to change. This paper will explain how to apply findings to guide the implementation of improvements to the procedure. A1.
Monitoring progress is when you work on the procedures needed for reorganization and observation of the changed behavior. Following up provides the information needed to know if the behavior change results from the intervention continued to create endurance even in other settings and times. The two phases I choose are screening and monitoring evaluation . During the screening process the behavior analyst is to assess the client and to determine if further services are necessary to address behavioral problems (Cooper, Heron & Heward, 2007). It is included in behavior assessment to identify if there was a problem behavior, what variables cause and effect this behavior and if so what needs to be done for said behavior to be better.
The continuous improvement plan should constantly sight facts, information and on sight analysis to determine why inefficient conditions exist. We will need to study our strategy, operational structure, and staff. We also need to observe our competitors and external market factors. Once we have identified the issues, we need to look for opportunities to improve and identify the priority in which the improvements can be made. It is
Pat could argue that signing the Notice of Unsatisfactory Performance/Corrective Action Plan as an implied contract protecting his employment with NewCorp. Critical information in this case needs to be further reviewed to assess the risks and rights of both parties in this scenario. For instance, was there any form of documented performance discussion regarding Pat’s performance? If so, was Pat given the opportunity to correct his performance issue? Or, in the initial employment arrangement, was there promise of employment for any period of time?
