The employees at Air Devils Inc can definitely benefit from training in effective conflict resolution techniques because the simulation outlined the way employees were struggling with effectively interacting with one another. They can also benefit from interventions that can help to modify the team structure. Implementing flexible work schedules can also decrease stress in the workplace and contribute to improving organizational performance. To help employees handle the conflict and stress of the work schedule many organizations have adopted guidelines that allow alternate shifts and schedules (Jex & Britt, 2008).
But college drop outs also can able be due to the unequal college preparation given in high schools. The education system needs to be reformed so students have the opportunity to choose whether they want to go to college or do vocational training instead. A college degree is bringing more negative aspects into a student’s life therefore students, especially from working class, must know the alternatives to be able to succeed. Most of the students in the United States are middle or working class. In addition of going to school, working class students also have to get a job to be able to help out their families.
Stress is defined as “the process by which we perceive and respond to certain events, called stressors, that we praise as threatening or challenging” (Myers, 2012, page 275). Stress is about an individual or is personal and is affected by the choices the person makes as an individual. The stress that is bad for you deprives you the ability to experience joy, happiness, enjoy life and who you are. That is why it is very important to recognize symptoms of stress and identify ways to bring the stress under control. The good stress is the kind that will help keep you motivated to be productive and be able to achieve the goals we set for ourselves.

Carver is lacking in interpersonal effectiveness. He needs to address his ability to communicate and build interpersonal relationships. He needs to build a rapport with his employees to be successful. A successful leader “can help people contain and recover from their emotional stressors on the job” (Newman, Guy & Mastracci, 2007, p. 13). Carver was actually the stressor in many situations.
Employee Motivation Theory Often times companies that struggle with the relationship between the employees and the goals of the organization; sometimes the moral of its employee is thread that sets the relationship apart. Managers have made several failed attempts to establish that relationship with the employee to knit them together with the goals of the organization. Therefore, the company level of accomplishments is diminished. A good manager has learned good people skills, and often times he/she is able to motivate their employees to increase their output. Counselling will occur either because your staff member approaches you to seek help, or because you approach the staff member due to problems you have noticed in his or her work performance. As soon as you have identified that an employee is under-performing, do not wait for things to go from bad to worse.
For instance, a lot of work will be given, students will be required to finish assignment on the due dates no matter any situation that student are going through. Also, time management is more important. Due to college pressures, some students drop out od college, but ,at the end of the day, most college drop out struggle with financing
I interview all of the students on site at CLC prior to their class time when possible and they spoke candidly about their instructors and how they felt that some of the work was too hard, while others felt they were not going to be able to meet the challenge expected of them for their education. Some students felt there is too much information being given to them at one time and not enough time for them to digest information between the college and the high school. There were students during these interviews who felt that their problems begins with time management as they try to process, gather, research, and prepare for projects and class experiences. Some students told me that they feel the college instructors expect too much from them over multiple subjects. Because some students feel they are not properly prepared or skilled in study habits for college work, they expressed that they are failing certain courses either at the high school level or with the dual credit program.
