The key issue in this case is whether or not Cisco was advantaged by technical resources and key timings. My conclusion is that Cisco was extremely successful in terms of the overall performance of the system, despite some shortcomings in the beginning of the company’s cutover to the ERP package. Recommendations are also made for Cisco’s competitiveness and profitability in the future. Case Synopsis Cisco Systems, Inc.
