Absolutely, Jennifer is right to think that formal evaluations for the workers and managers are needed. I cannot think that such an informal method of evaluations could possibly work. In fact, I would not call them evaluations at all! It is important for both employees and managers to understand just how well they are completing their jobs compared to company standards. Also, the employer needs to know if they have the right person in the position and if additional training needs to be given in problem areas. 2.
