I am very interested in starting a specific service project my junior year for CAS hours and this would be a great help to me with that. I think that I would be a valuable attendee to CASL because I am a freshman. Anything I learn can be used for all the rest of my four years of high school. I would also be a valuable attendee to the CASL conference because I would easily be able to make up the work that I miss on that Monday from school. I am also one of the older ones out of all my classmates so I would like to go to CASL so that I can learn to be a better leader to those who might look up to me.
A two month training period for all employees would being in search for employees with the right attitude and ability. They need to use some of the RDH employees to help keep the business going because of their connections. Recommendations: • Do not do away with the guanxi. That is what kept the hotel running. • The training program should be for 90 days and lays offs should be based on performance, quality, and experience, not how fast you are.
In addition to his pay at the bank when he’s promoted to loan officer he would be receiving an additional $3,000 raise. Being stuck in a position where teaching is Luis’ dream job and has wanted this since a sophomore in HS, and being given the opportunity of becoming a banker with many recommendations can be very strenuous to choose from. Luis should make other arrangements and try out banking not only because of the sufficient amount of money he’d be receiving, but also because this may offer him many more opportunities over time. Both teaching and banking offer different salaries and benefits. Teacher’s salaries have a starting rate of about $29,000 a year, but as teachers build up a longer stay with their teaching position their salary starts going up slowly.
The department manger should ask questions only relevant to how the training is going and try to gather information in order to address areas that require improvement. This will not be considered an official employee evaluation, but will serve the purpose of figuring out if and how much further training is needed or desired. The next evaluation would be at the 3 month period. At this point the new recruit should be able to work on an individual level. However, the department manager will still need to meet with the new recruit as well as the original trainer to get an idea of where the employee is skill wise and how the employee is working with the dynamic of the company.

| During the 1st 3 months of my 1st placement I had to do a review of a support plan and develop a new one, I had not yet had training on this, so I asked my manager for help. He sat down with me and went through a support plan step by step and explained to me how Needs and Risk assessments link in to the goals the client might have. He then asked me if I had any questions I was still unclear on how to input interim goals. | This improved my knowledge of support plans and how they should be done, in turn having the knowledge of how support plans should be structured has improved the quality of my key-work sessions with my clients because I had a better understanding of what type of questions I needed to ask my client. It also gave me a better insight on how I had to assess there needs and risks.
My frustration came when companies were offering me entry-level positions. After completing the Career Plan Building Activities in June, I gained a better understanding of my strengths, which increased my confidence while job seeking. I started to focus on careers that excite, which are high-power
1) I am at Chadron State College to get a degree in Exercise Science. Growing up I made multiple visits to Chadron and have always thought CSC would be the perfect place to further my education. When time to choose a college actually came it turned out to be a tough decision, but since Chadron is so close to home and very affordable I decided that it would be the best fit. I also liked how most CSC graduates had lots of job opportunities right after graduation and am hoping for the same when it is my turn to graduate. 2) According to my time log my top three priorities are school, my family/friends and my health.

127 Main Street Townsville, MA 56789 June 4, 2012 Mrs. Anne Ryan HRT Legacy High School 2205 NE 138th Avenue Vancouver, WA 98684 Dear Mrs. Ryan: My academic goals this year consisted of being a graduating senior but to achieve that title I needed to complete a variety of tasks and keep my work ethic up. Those tasks included finishing my civic action and culminating project. I didn’t focus my attention on how many credits I could earn because I didn’t need much to graduate but my goals were important because if they weren’t completed I would graduate. I was successful in completing my culminating project but with the credit scare I had combined with my inability to finish the last half of my civic action, I will not be graduating.
