I feel Apex would be best served by launching Compound B-227, the beta-prednigones, since it already has market domination in plastic oxidizers with its stigone market dominance. Although Apex has the desire to be an innovative company they should look at the introduction of betas as an innovative way to sell plastic oxidizers. Apex can now produce both types of products to customers in the plastic oxidizers market. Since Apex already has a good customer following in the oxidizer market for quality stigones they would be wise to optimize this reputation with the introduction of betas. PAD 515 Week 3 Discussion Carver is missing some very basic values and attitudes. He is missing being considerate, respectful, fair, cooperativeness. The changes that Carver needs to make are numerous. The changes will be difficult for him to sustain, as they are not his “style”, but change can be achieved, as with anything, if he works on his values and attitudes. It will more than likely take his subordinates and co-workers even longer to trust that he has changed and that he will adhere to his new found values and attitudes.
In a way this makes sense, I mean we are already way behind on times moving to the new platform and why go through the trouble of switching platforms twice. Well, many things come into play when you’re talking about this and there are a couple of things that jump to my attention that would make that jump difficult. First off, talks of the ICD-11 implementation are still at least 10 years out under best circumstances in the US. This would mean that we’d be stuck with outdated systems for even longer and having us be on ICD-9 for 45 years. Unfortunately on top of that, ICD-11 doesn’t even include a procedure classification system, which means a procedure coding system for use in the US could need to be developed and it is estimated that this process of developing a US clinical modification would take close to a decade.
