The efficiency of every area is important and crucial in every decision made for the success of the organizational goals. Currently, the organization has a successful structure, and no major changes are required. The structure of the chart describes from top management to global divisions. As a global organization it is important to recognize the employee effort. For that reason, an addition has been made to the organizational chart where the Operational Department is illustrated.
The company budget has been stretched, due to the continuing growth of the company this plan will address each issue and it will be done in the proper manner under the company’s budget. The first survey results are as follows: 70% of the Utiliscan’s employees stated that their workload was adequate – not too heavy, not too light. Due to the recent growth in the Utiliscan the employees have not yet experienced much of the new business yet, which in return is going to increase their workload. To prevent this from happening at the company can began to run a job fair to attempt to hire qualified employees that can keep the workload at a consensus. Utiliscan can also update the employee description, just in case the workload does become heavier due to the new changes.

In order to reach said goal you must take certain steps to obtain that goal. Internal controls are the steps taken to on a daily basis to achieve a particular goal. These steps are what assure that things run efficiently. Each measure is taken to maintain accuracy and reliability in daily operations.
I am rather old-school and when I was first starting out in management I had to design a lot of my own spreadsheets etc. Now a PM can just load up a beautifully designed program and they are off and running. The hours it takes to design this stuff is grueling. This gives the PM more time to be hands on and build his or her relationships with their team. Due to the fact that most of my training has been on the job and in the real world vs. a text book I am lucky to be gifted in both the "Art" (the socioculture dimensions) and the "Science" (the technical dimensions) of project management.

This helps the correctional officers to continue doing their job correctly. Not all the position in the field of being a correctional officer are a regular Monday through Friday job. When working in these facilities they never close, not even for holidays. There is always correctional officers always there to supervise the inmates.
I am a structured person that follows through to complete duties at work, generally within or in advance of the deadline set. I am very accommodating in meeting responsibilities.
