There can be many types of competitive advantages to include JAM Express cost structure, product offerings, distribution network and customer support. The more sustainable the competitive advantage, the more difficult it is for competitors to neutralize the advantage. Competitive advantage gives JAM Express gives an edge over its rivals and an ability to generate greater value for our organization and shareholders. With competitive advantage gives JAM Express the ability to produce a good or service at a lower cost than their competitors, which gives JAM Express the ability to sell its goods or services at a lower price than their competition or to generate a larger margin on sales. One of the strategies that will also be using is the 4P’s of marketing such as Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. Product is very much required today’s customers want choices, features, options. Promotion is also a strategy you have to have a way for others to learn of JAM Express products and new products, create awareness. Price is used to establish value for the products and for doing business with us. Price is also a way to create revenues and profits. Place is also an important strategy having your goods in the right place at the right time.
