Recruitment plans are designed to aid employers to find the perfect fit by taking certain steps. Every good recruitment plan should entail a meeting to discuss what the company is looking for in a superior hire, who will conduct interviews as well as who be present, extremely descriptive job description, and placing the vacancy in an appropriate place. Recruitment plans will also include what steps will be included in making a decision for the job opening also known as the selection process.
Assessment centres are utilised by some organisations. They provide an alternative method of recruiting to the usual interview structure. Staysure does not have a specified recruitment policy although some are being developed now, but a number of policies have recently been identified (these are still in development) which would facilitate the process, these include The Employment and Recruitment policy, which details the core principles the recruiting manager is expected to abide by to protect Staysure and its customers, being fair to candidates, relying on facts not opinion, validate information and ensuring relevance to the post being filled it also details the checks that should be conducted as part of an application to confirm eligibility to work in the UK, minimise fraud, risks of theft and misuse of facilities. The Induction and Probation Policy which covers the process, expectations and any assessments required once an offer of employment has been made to the various levels of employees being recruited for was also highlighted. A) Internal Quality Assurance has a function to look at whole procedures before, during and after of learners so that a level of quality can be delivered. It monitors them from initial registration to certification and evaluation. The organisations I delivered for are Streetgames and The FA. What to Expect in Group Interviews Group interviews involve getting together with other job candidates to meet with one or more interviewers.
