One of the most important keys to providing the most memorable customer experience is to give premier customer service. This is done through providing luxury accommodations, a spa, botanical gardens, convention center, restaurants, art galleries, shops and many other recreational activities, including a designed golf course designed by professionals! Baderman Island also strives to provide price ranges that are available to every budget and provide the same customer service to each guest regardless of the level of accommodations they are purchasing (Baderman Internal Website, 2012). The resort is managed by Boardman Management Group (BMG). BMG is responsible for handling departments resort-wide.
When I think of my ideal job, I imagine having a flexible job in which I can provide for myself and my family, make enough money to live a comfortable lifestyle, have the opportunity to travel, and work with people while also benefiting others. My answer to this is, Pharmaceutical Sales. Frank Girard describes being a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative as a person who obtains information about medicinal drugs and then travels to introduce these products to different doctors, while marketing, selling, and increasing the value of a specific company. A Pharmaceutical Sales Representative gives people the opportunity to be self-driven. You develop relationships with different health care providers on your own time, while also maintaining contact with current medical professionals.
With economic conditions tightening up on everyone's budget, the Tibbs family decided to invest in an in-ground pool to increase the value of their current home and give the girls the backyard getaway they always wanted. The benefits of such a feature in the backyard are numerous. The family can save money on purchasing fewer hotel rooms to go swimming. The family house value increases. The pool area offers an area of relaxation not only for the kids but also for the parents too.
The whole idea of “new start on a healthy life” is something that their target group will be thinking about at that age. Also, women tend to share their experiences with other females, which will help Cabo with their sales if their experience was good. Furthermore, they also have special programs for targeted audience, belonging to a certain group, who have a higher tendency of travelling, increasing their customer base to worldwide. Cabo’s 95% positive response from guests contributes to the extremely good word of mouth advertising they enjoy and rely on. Describe the various types of management careers that can be offered within each industry (lodging and food and beverage). After looking at both websites I noticed that the lodging and food and beverage department offers various management positions. The General Manager of an establishment is responsible for providing owners with a reasonable return on investment, keeping guests satisfied and returning and also keeping the employees happy (Walker, J. R., 2013 pg. 93). The Front Office Manager (FOM) is responsible for enhancing the guests experience by constantly developing services to meet guest needs (Walker, J. R., 2013 pg.98).

An example of this principle being enforced is that if a nurse had to work but has to have her lunch time at a particular time so she can go pick up her daughter, employers will create a schedule to suit that particular person. -to treat client and staff in a dignified way Being treated in a dignified way means that it should result in clients and staff feeling valued and respected. It is to be treated fairly and equally to the rest. E.g. An example of this principle is that all staff members are allowed a certain amount of holidays a year.

Case analysis: ARISE a destination-for-a-day SPA This is a case analysis with the help of my good friend Jewel Kristian Taino of DLSU-MBA taking Strategic HR. Background and Facts of the Case ARISE is a Destination-for-a-day spa that provides service with an emphasis on the health benefits of a spa treatment, fitness and well-being. The spa opened in May 11, 2009 which was founded by Kristen Chambers, a devotee of spa treatments herself. The business originated from a company named ABROAD, an international travel company in 1999 which was then sold and eventually had its shift to the spa business. Being inspired by the health benefits of spa treatments, Chambers envisioned the business having its fulltime PWC (personal wellness coaches) that will help build strong customer relationships and can distinguish it amongst other spas.
To improve this experience could lead to a positive improvement from a lot of work related practices, for example safety, efficiency, quality, staff vitality and financial strength. Listen and pay attention to your customers, at the end of the day they pay your bills. Their comments and points of view on their experiences can highlight the urgency for a change, it can also engage the hearts of staff, and their output can be a very valuable asset to any strategy to improve patient and family experience. Why are HCAHPS important? You are in the people business and because of this, People represent a big intangible asset for your organization that could improve or decline the value of your everyday practices.
