Anthony could then sue Washington for hitting him with her car. However, since Anthony was negligent as well for running into the street I do not think that he would be able to win in the state of Maryland since he was also at fault. Anthony could then sue the doctor for negligence since she owes Anthony a higher standard of care since she is acting in her professional capacity. She has breached her duty to
Section 3 Dolree Mapp basis for her appeal on her conviction of the possession of obscene materials was on the fact that it was an illegal search. Even though she was guilty the evidence against her was founded from an illegal search and seizure by police, and since police had no search warrant Mapp argued that the illegal obtained evidence should not be used against her in court. A good example of some of the laws placed today on businesses to protect the consumers from price inflation and customer allocation. Car dealerships in the past who were in the surrounding area of each other would either do one of two things prior to current laws being enforced and placed in the antitrust laws. The first thing that they would do is continuously undercut each other’s pricing and financing until the profit margin was unsustainable for one of the companies causing them to either file bankruptcy, sell the business, or make a phone call to the competitor and attempt to make a plea agreement with the other company to keep from going out of business. That conversation would include offering not to undercut its competitors pricing any further allowing both companies to remain in business and still keep a good profit margin. When those agreements are initiated it is not necessarily a bad law to break in my eyes because it at the end of the day keeps people employed and is helping the economy.
Hello Mayor Buddy Dyer, I want to discuss some very important issues about the Bill of Rights to you. As we both know that the individual rights are not absolute and that citizens have limited rights which aren’t necessarily a bad thing. Being that individual rights are not absolute this protects all of our citizens from dangerous activities. If people had the right to choose what law to follow and ignore this world would have been destroyed years ago. For example, what if people chose not to stop for a red light; wouldn’t there be many car accidents and things more tragic?

Gary Hosey, attempted to act in a good way by rushing home to return the vehicle to his girlfriend, so she can make it too work on time, although, his actions by speeding caused him to be in a crash. The girlfriend knew the offender did not have a driver license and she is wrong for allowing the offender to drive the vehicle. Gary showed some remorse at the first hearing and realizes that he committed a wrongful act. The Justice system gave Gary Hosey a higher bail amount compared to Justin Caramanica who committed the same offense. The ethical decision in this situation is based on utilitarianism.
This is where the real money goes. The government makes new regulations about how safe a car must be. In this process the car must be tested over and over again, this costs money. New modifications must be made, this cost money. Occasionally when a car is done wrong it must be fixed, this cost money.
