Health is always an important methodology in all work and to do everything well, flexible health is first require. Besides, body build-up also is a concerned problem with young people ages 18-25 nowadays according to some surveys on magazines and reports, because of helping them gains confidence and assertive spirit in everything.
Student is not an exception. Most students think that learning is always a top concern, but the studying will also be affected if we do not have good health. IU students are learning in suburb environment, so that smoke, dust, pollution and seed bacteria problem is inevitable.
The rate of students in diseases like colds, coughing, running nose… during the rainy season in IU is increasing. This may is caused because students don’t get enough physical activity. They may come from a family that is not involved in sports or rarely exercises so gym class is the only place they run around or get exercise. A student that comes from a home like this would be less likely to choose gym class if it were optional. Gym class helps students become physically fit and it helps build strength. Recognizing the need for physical of IU students, our group thinks that establishing the Fitness Centre (Gym & Yoga) should be deployed. Because it makes students healthier and also gives them more character, gym class is very beneficial to students.
