Kudler Fine Foods Service Request Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) has requested a frequent shopper program be developed and put in place. To accomplish this objective there are specific steps that must be followed to develop this project properly. The first step in this process is to define the scope and objectives of the project. It is important to follow best practices when establishing the scope to avoid common mistakes. The scope of a project needs to be specific so there is no possibility of misinterpretation. Defining the Scope KFF’s service request has been submitted by the department manager. The main objective of this project is to increase revenue. This can be achieved through efficiently tracking purchase orders and reward customers with loyalty points for these orders. The next objective of this project is to create a frequent shopper program (FSP) that reinforces the main objective of increase revenue. The final objective is to increase efficiency by providing increased value to the customers. After the objectives have been defined, the scope of the project can be outlined.
