As Didion explains, our expectations don’t always match up to what grief has to offer, Gilbert’s supporting claims relate to Didion’s feelings on expectations. Gilbert mentions “ No one can imagine every feature and consequence of a future event, hence we must consider some and fail to consider others (Gilbert 224-225).” Gilbert wants us to know that no matter what happens, no one can really imagine every detail that will take place in the
Insurance companies and other health insurance providers are simply uneducated about the field of PT and the need for the PTAs. The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) has picked up on this trend as the previously mentioned article was a version of what was posted in the September 2013 issue of Perspectives – an APTA publication. The APTA has a strong position in the advocacy of the Physical Therapy as a profession and

The bill is enduring a lot of vetting and committees within the legislative process. All this does is makes the implementation of the bill extremely difficult and bureaucratic. The reforms needed in the pharmacies, doctors and other health sectors possess a big problem as the transition is hectic and difficult (Bailey, 2008). Like many other ideas to better the people as a whole within this country, Obama Care has put the cart before the horse. I am not saying that the bill will not work or that it is not needed, I just believe that more effort and thought should have gone into the proposed plan and what implications it has on all involved before trying to go live with coverage.
However, I think due to the nature and large scope of this debate, people are beginning to lose focus on what the actual purpose and goal of this debate is. As the author mentioned that many people are zoning out because it is getting too complicated. I find it unfortunate but I have been one of those people. Every time I hear of the debate, it is brought up in a completely new light which totally confused be over time. However, after reading more and more about it, I can see that due to the long period of time given for discussion about this issue, focus has totally shifted from being about fair healthcare coverage for all people to the selfish reasons for which the debaters are picking their sides.
The reason I say this is Too Much Too Soon was a quote from the article that means to me is by Obama taking so much from the Medicaid system it did not benefit for the senior citizens it hurt senior citizens. These senior citizens have to use other family member’s prescriptions because they cannot afford their own prescription co payments and end up harming themselves in the outcome. This brings me to a quote from the article “Too much, Too soon? Will be a godsend to uninsured diabetics who have had to struggle in order to pay for their daily medications or the ones who have to stop because it’s too costly. The research has a level of about 7.5 percent with lowest rate of heart rate problems or deaths”.
