Ariel Reynolds ENG 2413, 3 period C. Windham 11 September 2012 Jacob And Esau: The Story of Jacob Isaac is the son of Abraham. His wife is Rebekah the daughter of Bethuel. Isaac was 40 when he took Rebekah as his wife. She was barren and so Isaac pleaded with the Lord for her to bare him children. She bore Isaac two sons, twins, Esau and Jacob.
